Straight Pot

 Straight pot have always been the ideal material for making and storing vinegar because of their resistance to acid and total protection from light.Straight pots usually have an opening with a lid at their top, where the vinegar are added, a handle for holding by hand and a spout through which the vinegar was pour out. Some pot have a strainer built-in on the inner edge of the spout. A small air hole in the lid is often created to stop the spout from dripping and splashing when vinegar is poured. This pot is made from ceramic material, the type of ceramic that used to do this pot is magnesia porcelain.
